同场对抗球类项群(足、篮、手)身体对抗的初步研究

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、比较分析法、录像观察法和专家咨询法,在项群训练理论的框架下对同场对抗性项群中的足、篮、手三个项目身体对抗进行了初步研究,其中包括合理性和非合理性的身体对抗、身体对抗的场区特征、身体对抗的表现形式以及假摔等。指出身体对抗是同场对抗球类项群的主要特征,合理的身体对抗要在规则范围内进行,在强对抗下完成各种技战术是球类运动发展的趋势。Under the theory of event - group training research on the physical confrontation of antagonistic event -related- group, in which including the rational and non- rational physical confrontation, the physical field characteristics, and physical manifestations, such as deceptive - fallen, this paper points out that physical con- frontation with confrontation ball group ＇ s main feature, rational physical confrontation in the regular range, strong in the fight against all kinds of skills and tactics are completed under the trend of the development of sports.
