轻器械健美操成套动作创编的研究

摘　　要：健美操是一项在我国高校发展迅速的新兴体育项目,它正以其独特的魅力吸引着越来越多的人参与、关注该项运动项目。轻器械健美操是健美操的一种特殊表现形式。它是充分利用轻器械的属性特征编排出具有健身性、表演性、可观赏性的成套动作。具有较高的艺术价值。本文采用文献资料法、视频观察法、专家访谈等研究方法,试图依据《2012年全民健身操展示大赛评分指南》,为轻器械健美操成套动作的创编提供新的思路。希望通过本选题的研究,能够帮助解决教练员在创编过程中存在的一些误区,更好地帮助教练员了解轻器械健美操的项目特性和创编方法与步骤,成功创编出一套既展示本队参赛运动员特点同时又能够让裁判和观众印象深刻的成套动作,为提高我国轻器械健美操项目的整体水平尽一点绵薄之力。Aerobics gymnastics is one of the sports which have rapidly development in China universities, and it is attracting more and more people involved in and pay attention by its unique glamour. Choreography of aerobics instruments is a special form of expression of aerobics gymnastics. It fully uses its attribute character of the instru- ments to create a routine that performing and healthy with a higher artistic value. This paper, using the methods of literature review, video observation, expert interview, tries to provides some new ideas for choreography of aero- bics instruments routine basis on ＇ The 2012 National Physical Exercises Contest Score Guide＇, also hope that through this research can help coaches to solve problems in creation process, it makes more better to help coaches to know choreography of aerobics instruments＇ project properties, ways and process, creating a routine that shows characteristic of the athletes and makes deeply expression for judges and audiences. And also in order to improve the overall level of Chinese choreography of aerobics instruments.
