高校“阳光体育运动”运行模式的实践研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、考察访谈、逻辑分析及数理统计等研究方法,对常州大学阳光体育运动运行模式现状进行分析研究.从中得出:高校阳光体育运动的开展应结合高校体育发展规律与特点,构建符合本校实际的阳光体育运动运行实践模式,逐步建立健全体现高校体育特色的阳光体育运动长效运行机制,通过有效监管,增强学生参与体育锻炼行为的实效性,保障阳光体育运动深入持久开展.By using the literature review, interviews, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the present situation of implementing Sunshine Sports Model in Changzhou University. The conclusion is that the Sunshine Sports in universities should be combined with the rules and characteristics of college sports development. Thus, we can gradually establish the long-term operating mechanism of College Sunshine Sports, which can help construct an effective model of Sunshine Sports in Changzhou University.
