摘　　要：目的研究小牛血清去蛋白注射液(DCBSI)联合伽玛刀治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法选择诊断明确的NSCLC患者54例,随机分为:对照组27例,给予放疗及常规护理;联合组27例,除接受与对照组相同的治疗外,还给予DCBSI静脉滴注。比较两组患者的放射不良反应、免疫状态、疼痛评分、生活质量(QOL)及生存时间。结果治疗后联合组患者的不良反应发生率、免疫指标、疼痛、QOL、生存时间等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 DCBSI能减轻NSCLC患者的放疗副反应,改善放疗患者的免疫状态和QOL,提高伽玛刀的临床疗效。Objective To study the clinical effects of deproteinized calf blood serum injection（ DCBSI） combined with gamma （γ）- knife on patients with non - small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods Fifty four patients who were diagnosed as NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups with 27 ones in each group. Control group received radiotherapy and conventional nursing. Combination group received the same treatment as the control group and also the DCBSI intravenous drip. Then comparison was made in the adverse reaction to radiation, immune state, pain score, the quality of life, and survival time between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the incidence of radioactive adverse reaction, immune indexes, pain scores, the quality of life, and the survival time in the combination group were all better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Coneluslon DCBSI can effectively relieve the radioactive adverse reaction in patients with NSCLC,improve the immune state and the quality of life, and enhance the clinical effect of γ - knife.
