摘 要:以Isopar M为油相,采用反相乳液法对丙烯酸钠聚合进行了研究。通过对反相乳液电导率变化的测定,考察了反相乳液的稳定性及在反相乳液中复合乳化剂配比、油水质量比、氧化还原引发剂和调节助剂对反相乳液的稳定性和聚丙烯酸钠转化率的影响。实验结果表明,Isopar M反相乳液稳定性最佳条件为:在油相中乳化剂用量为6%(w),m(Span60)∶m(Tween80)=15∶1、油水质量比为1.74∶1;在氧化还原引发剂中过硫酸钾与乙二胺的质量比为2、45℃、pH≥10的条件下,丙烯酸钠的转化率为97%;添加适量的乳化助剂、抗交联剂和除氧剂等调节助剂可得到较稳定的反相乳液和较高相对分子质量的聚丙烯酸钠产物。The inverse emulsion polymerization of sodium acrylate was studied with Isopar M as the oil phase. The effects of compound emulsifier ratio, the oil-water mass ratio, redox initiator and the adjustment of additive dosages on the sodium acrylate conversion and the emulsion stability were investigated through the determination of the inverse emulsion conductivity. The results show that the Isopar M inverse emulsion is stable under the optimum conditions: the emulsifier dosage in the oil phase 6%(w), m(Span60) : m(Tween80)=15 : 1 and the mass ratio of oil phase to water phase 1.74 : 1 ; the sodium acrylate conversion can reach 97% under the conditions of the mass ratio of K2S208 to ethylenediamine in the redox initiator 2, 45 ~C and pHi〉 10. The appropriate adjustment of additive dosages, namely the emulsifier, anti-crosslinking agent and deoxidant, is helpful to stable inverse emulsion and sodium nolvacrvlate nroduct with high mnlaenlnr waioht
