摘 要:文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析等方法,深度剖析我国竞技篮球教练员人才培养过程中的管培矛盾和学训矛盾,并围绕培养理念、培养路径以及培养效果三个基本问题展开探究,结果认为:管培矛盾的根源在于两种管理机构的性质不同,利益诉求存在差异;同时教练员人才本身人事产权的不明晰,增加了两个机构的管理难度。学训矛盾的根源在于我国的教育体制和竞技体育体制之间的矛盾关系。文化素质和人文教育缺失的矛盾,严重制约了教练员后期的可持续发展。提倡"以能力为本位"的教育创新理念,必须厘清"素质-知识-能力"发展关系。教练员学院具有明显的"皇家血统"身份,可能导致竞技篮球教练员为选择岗位培训路径带来困扰。我国竞技篮球教练员人才培养的过程效果比较理想,但考核评价手段缺少科学合理性;从社会效果来看,与国外教练员相比,本土教练员存在一定的差距,但总体评价"口碑"较好。This article uses the literature, expert interviews, logical analysis and other meth- ods, then depth analysis the management-culture contradictions and the learning- training contradictions in the process of competitive basketball coaches personnel training in China, and around the training idea, training path and in vitro culture three aspects commence ex- plore. Concluded that:management-culture contradictions roots in the different nature of two kinds of management mechanism, rights and responsibilities are different, interests appeal also exist difference;at the same time, coaches themselves personal property is not clear, added two body management difficult, resulting in conflict of interest situations, mutual shuffle. learning- training contradictions roots in the contradictory relationship between educational system and the system of competitive sports in China. It is lack of cultural qualities and hu- manistic education, witch has seriously hampered the sustainable development of coaches. Advocatedl^competency -based" innovation of education philosophy, we must clarify the de- veloping relations of"quality-knowledge-ability". Coaches College has a significant " royal blood" ,witch may lead that competitive basketball coaches create difficulties for the selection of job training path. The process effect of competitive basketball coaches personnel training isideal, but witch lack of scientific rationality evaluation means.
