大学校长体育知行观对大学体育文化的扩散路径研究

摘　　要：大学校长体育知行观包括主体认知和行为践行两个方面,并最终形成知行和谐。主体认知是指大学校长对于体育的价值判断和文化解读;行为践行是指大学校长根据一定的理念、理论、计划和方案制定政策从事于变革大学体育文化的客观现实活动,并身体力行参与体育实践,继而发挥校长自身影响力导向和影响师生热爱体育运动,构建和谐大学体育文化。University president views about sports which include knowing and doing and final- ly forming harmony, knowing refers to university president＇ s judgment of value and cultural interpretation about sports, doing refers to university president according to certain ideas, the- ories, plans and programs to change campus physical education, and set an example by per- sonally taking part in sports practice, then develop oneself influence spread and impact teach- ers and students like doing sports,finally constructing harmonious university physical culture.
