摘　　要：目的:探讨完全腹腔镜下用LigaSure行胰腺肿瘤切除术的可行性。方法:结合文献及1例患者的临床资料分析完全腹腔镜下应用LigaSure行胰腺肿瘤切除术的优缺点及注意事项。结果:手术时间150 min,术中出血量约20 ml,术后患者恢复良好,无并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜下使用LigaSure行胰腺肿瘤切除术具有手术视野清晰、解剖精细、术中出血少等优点,可作为腹腔镜胰腺手术中优先选择的操作工具。Objective： To discuss the feasibility of totally laparoscopic pancreatic neoplasm resection with LigaSure. Methods ： Through the special clinical case and the review of literature, the advantages, disadvantages and the intraoperative points for attention of totally laparoscopic pancreatic neoplasm resection with LigaSure were analyzed. Results：The operation duration was 2.5 h, blood loss was about 20 ml. The patient underwent a smooth recovery with no complications observed. Conclusions： The using of LigaSure in totally laparoscopic pancreatic neoplasm resection has the advantage of clear operation visual field, fine anatomy, little intraoperative bleeding etc. It can be the tool of first choice in totally laparoscopic pancreatic neoplasms resection.
