摘 要:山东是一个食用菌生产大省,食用菌产业的发展具备良好的自然条件,加之生产成本和品种的优势,使该产业得以迅速发展。但山东食用菌产业"大而不强",在产品质量、精深加工、产业化经营以及科技创新方面还存在不足,面临着出口难度增加、产销脱节、市场风险大等挑战。为此,山东省食用菌产业抓住市场需求不断扩大、生产潜力大以及惠农政策扶持等机遇,加快产业科技创新,加强质量安全体系建设,实施品牌战略,建立完善的组织管理、信息引导和市场流通体系,提高产业化、规模化水平。As a big edible mushrooms producing province,Shandong Province had good natural conditions to develope the edible mushrooms industry.The advantages of production costs and varieties,promoted the rapid development of the industry.However,the edible mushrooms industry in Shandong Province was big rather than strong.The edible mushrooms industry had some deficiencies in production quality,intensive processing,industrialized operation and technological innovation,it also faced many challenges such as difficulty in export,out of touch between production and sales and market risk.In this respect,the edible mushrooms industry in Shandong Province should make use of the opportunities of the increasing market demand,the great production potentiality and policy support,to accelerate the industrial technology innovation,strengthen the quality and safety system,implement the brand strategy,establish blameless organization and management,information guidance and market circulation system,improve the standard of industrialization and scale.
