摘　　要：从管理学与伦理学的学科交叉层面入手,以孔茨和周三多对"管理"内涵的不同定义揭开对管理内涵之解读,立足于探究提升管理境界与内蕴管理之中的伦理诉求二者之间的关系,剖析了问题实质所在并分别从"管理境界之内化"、"管理境界之外化"和"协调之度"三个方面提出了伦理结合管理二者同构下付诸实际应用的方法论。Based on the analysis of the interdisciplinary aspects of management and ethics, the author explores the relationships between enhancing management skills with intrinsic management of this relationship between the two issues： Koontz and the ethical demand of intrinsic management. By analyzing the different definition of ＂management＂ connotation explained by Koontz and Zhou Sanduo to reveal the author interprets the connotation of nmnagement, explores the essence of the problem and analyzes the ethical issues in the realm of modern management. Finally, the author, from the ethical puint of view, hohts that to enhanee the management realm, three aspects of ethics should he attached great importance to.
