摘　　要：学习支持服务系统的构建以及良好的运行是开放大学获得竞争优势并在竞争中获胜的关键,其包括教学支持服务和非教学支持服务两个部分。基于学习支持服务理论和国际比较的视角,梳理开放大学学习支持服务理论,分析比较亚洲三所开放大学的学习支持服务系统,为我国开放大学的学习支持服务体系构建提供一种新思路、新视角。Good running of Learning Support System is the important role in obtaining competition advantage and developing. The learning support systems of Open University include the academic support and not academic support. This paper uses the comparison and learner support theory, and analyses and compares three Asian Open Universities Learning Support systems. Base on the study, we hope that research could enlighten the constructing learning support systems of Chinese Open University.
