摘　　要：中小型连锁超市作为一种新型的商业零售业态,对我国经济发展起着重要作用。但其在采购管理、库存管理、配送系统等方面存在很多问题,严重制约了企业竞争力的进一步提高。构建了中小型连锁超市物流系统优化模型,对其物流系统进行优化分析。As a new type of commercial retail format, the medium and small chain supermar- kets are playing a very important role in China＇s economic development. However there are many problems in its purchasing management, inventory management and distribution system, which has restricted the further improvement of corporate competitiveness. To solve these problems, the authors establish an optimizing model for the logistics system in the medium and small chain supermarkets to help promote the optimization of these systems.
