摘　　要：新一代三维人影作业系统集成了三维地理信息、GPS定位和虚拟现实技术,加入基础地理信息和人工影响天气专题信息矢量数据,实现了人工影响天气基本业务信息、预警预报信息和其他决策支持信息的立体和综合管理。通过2012年3月15日人工影响天气作业个例和2009年6月3日飑线天气过程个例演示其雷达、云图的三维显示分析,遥感墒情、数值产品、探空、地面实况等多种资料的显示分析,增雨防雹作业遥控指挥,流动火箭车辆监控、对讲指挥等各项功能。The new generation of 3D （three-dimensional） weather modification operating system in- tegrates 3D geographic information, GPS positioning, and virtual reality technology, adds basic geograph- ic information and the weather modification thematic information vector data, achieves the three-dimen- sional and comprehensive management of weather modification basic business information, early warning and forecasting information and decision-support information. From a case of weather modification opera- tion on March 15, 2012 and a squall line case on June 3, 2009, its various functions as three-dimension- al display analysis of the radar and the cloud map, the kinds of data display analysis of remote sensing monitoring soil moisture, numerical product, and sounding and ground scene, commanding rainfall-en- hancement and anti-hail operate behind the scenes, monitoring floating rocket vehicle, commanding by talkbaek, and so on were demonstrated.
