摘 要:中国传统的医学教育模式是被动式教育,急诊外科学临床处理的病情较为复杂,常多涉及多发性复合伤,许多临床问题较为棘手和危急,所以学生在学习过程中抓不住头绪,学习效果不佳,作为医科大学附属医院的医生同样也是一名急诊外科带教老师,笔者也有幸尝试在2012年来本科实习的临床医学本科生的临床见习中尝试PBL的教学方式,在一年的带教过程中收获较多,PBL教学法对于临床医学本科生急诊外科见习的水平和质量的提高具有积极的作用,可以尽早使学生利用临床思维解决临床问题。The traditional medical teaching method is passive teaching, the emergency surgery is multiplicity of ill- ness or combined injury, the clincal problem is troublesome and danger, so the medical students 6an not grasp the main line, the learning effect is poor, as the doctor of medical university, we should study the typical cases and meth- ods of PBL and improve emergency surgery teaching from 2012. Throughout compariation, the group of PBL is better than old teaching group on examine and teaching quality questionnaire. We can consider PBL teaching methods would raise the energetic of clinical students and teaching qualitative, students can using clinical methods to resolve clinical problem as soon as possible.
