摘　　要：目的了解骨科青年护士心理健康状况,为改善骨科青年护士的心理健康水平及提高骨科优质护理提供理论依据。方法对31例﹤30岁的骨科青年护士(观察组)、28例≥30岁的骨科高年资护士(对照组)采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、生活满意度量表(SWLS)、罗森伯格自尊量表(SES)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行心理健康状况调查分析。结果青年护士总体为中至重度焦虑及抑郁,高年资护士总体为轻微型至轻度焦虑及抑郁,青年护士较高年资护士对工作更感焦虑和抑郁;青年护士和高年资护士的自尊水平和生活满意度基本一致,均对生活有少许不满意,但总体自尊水平均正常,能够正确对待自己和接纳自己,不抱怨,有自己的见解和想法。结论骨科青年护士的心理健康水平较差,需要进一步提高以推进优质护理工作的开展。Objective To investigate the mental health status of young orthopedic nurses, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the mental health of young orthopedic nurses and orthopedic care. Methods The mental health status was surveyed using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, Satisfaction With Life Scale （SWLS）, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale （SES） and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）in 31 young orthopadic nurses younger than 30 years of age and 28 senior orthopadic nurses aged 30 years or older. Results The degree of anxiety and depression in young nurses （moderate to severe）was higher than that in senior nurses （slight to mild）. Young nurses had the same levels of self- esteem and life satisfaction as senior nurses. Both young and senior nurses showed a little dissatis- faction with life but had normal self-esteem levels. They can correctly treat themselves and accept themselves, and had their own views and ideas with no complaints. Conclusion The mental health is poor in young orthopedic nurses and needs to be improved for promoting high quality nursing care.
