摘　　要："前校后厂"已成为工学结合人才培养的重要模式。应用该模式,校企双方应从资金、技术、人力、管理等各个方面,携手创造共赢互利的局面,资源互补,优势互补,才能确保这种校企合作长期稳定的高效运行。＂College-front and factory-behind＂ has become the important mode of talents＇ training with work-study combination. With the application of this mode colleges and enterprises can both create the win-win situation from each aspect of fund, technology, manpower and management. It can guarantee the effective operation of stable and long-term college-enterprise cooperation with resource complementary and advantage complementary.
