背包客户外活动感知风险研究

摘　　要：以西安秦岭地区的背包客为例,研究背包客的人口结构特征、户外活动感知风险维度以及与行为特征之间的相关性,可知:目前西安秦岭地区的背包客主要以中高等收入的青年人为主;背包客户外活动感知风险中身体风险维度感知最高,其次是绩效和设施设备风险,而心理和便利风险、财务和社会风险维度感知较低;背包客户外活动感知风险受到行为特征的影响,其中身体风险、绩效和设施设备风险维度受行为特征影响较大。研究背包客户外活动的感知风险,有助于政府、景区采取针对性措施,保证背包客的户外安全,并提高背包客旅游的满意度。Taking the backpackers of Xi＇an Qinling region as an example,this article researches the population structure characteristics of backpackers and the correlation between the perceived risk dimensions of outdoor activities and behavior characteristics.The result indicates that the backpackers in the Qinling region are mainly young people with middle-high incomes; that among the perceived risks of backpackers＇outdoor activities,physical risk is the highest,secondly performance risk and facility risk,while psychological and convenient risk and financial and social risk are lower;that the perceived risks of backpackers＇outdoor activities are affected by the behavior characteristics,but physical,performance and facility risks are more affected by behavior characteristics among these risks.The study on perceived risk of backpackers＇outdoor activities will help the government and scenic spots to take appropriate measures,guarantee the backpackers＇outdoor security and increase tourism satisfaction.
