摘　　要：该文对IMS技术发展情况进行了探讨,阐述了基于IMS的新业务能力要求和相关架构,并对呈现、统一Centrex、多媒体彩铃等新业务进行了研究,为IMS新业务的开展和部署提出了建议,为迎接电信业逐步开展的全业务运营提前做好准备。This paper discusses the IMS technological development situation, elaborated the IMS requirements of new service capabilities and related architecture, and researched presence common Centrex, multimedia ringing tone（MRT） and other new service based on IMS, puts forward some proposals for new service development and deployment, in order to meet： all--service operation.
