摘　　要：以Visual Studio 2010为开发工具,SQL Server 2005为后台数据库,应用C#语言编程,实现了一套包括发文、收文、签发、结办和催办等基本功能的电子公文流转系统,并通过实际运行和测试结果表明可以满足高校电子公文流转的基本要求,具有良好的实用价值和应用前景.Visual Studio 2010 was used as the development tool and SQL Server 2005 as the background database in c # programming, a circulation system was fulfilled, which can play the role of document dispatch and receipt, signature and distribution, business handling and urging etc. After practical use and tests, this circulation system has been proved to satisfy the basic needs of university electronic document circulation and have good practical value and application prospect.
