浅议新升格地方院校本科生科研能力的培养——以创新型科研小团队为例

摘　　要：由于条件所限,本科生科研能力培养一直是新升格地方本科院校办学的软肋.本文主要探讨了新升格地方本科院校依托科研项目,建设创新型科研小团队,对本科生进行标准化、系统化科研训练,有效提高大学生科研能力的培养模式.实践证明该模式符合新升格地方本科院校的实际情况,是地方本科院校充分利用有限资源,提高本科生科研能力培养质量的一种有效模式.Due to the limited conditions, the cultivation of scientific research ability of undergraduates has been the soft rib of newly upgraded local universities. This paper mainly discusses the training mode in newly upgraded universities to effectively improve the research ability of the students by relying on research projects, building small innovative research teams and implementing standardized and systematic research training. Practice has proved that the mode is in agreement with the actual situation of newly upgraded universities. It is an effective model for local universities to make full use of limited resources to improve the training quality of students＇ ability in scientific research.
