摘 要:目前空调冷却水系统普遍受到了较为严重的污染,特别是军团菌对人群造成很大的安全威胁,也引起了人们的关注.通过查阅资料,介绍了国内外空调冷却水系统致病微生物调查现状,以及处理方法研究进展,有物理处理方法和化学处理方法,处理方法很多但是缺乏比较研究.对于空调水系统易于实施的紫外线灭菌和膜分离灭菌法进行了实验测试,实验结果表明:在一定条件下,紫外线法灭菌率为73.5%-91.9%,膜分离法灭菌率为47.9%-53.2%,紫外线灭菌效果明显比膜分离灭菌要好.At present a lot of air conditioning cooling water systems suffered serious bacterial contamination, especially the legionella to human health caused great threat. We have to pay attention to this problem.In this paper, some research achievements of how to control this water pollution at present are introduced such as physical and chemical methods. There are many methods that lack of comparative study. We had a sterilizing experiment for the air conditioning cooling water through ultraviolet rays sterilizing and fiter membrane sterilizing which easily act to air conditioning cooling water. The result shows that: under the conditions, the sterilization rate of ultraviolet rays was larger than that of fiter membrane, the sterilization rate of ultraviolet rays was 73.5%-91.9%, the sterilization rate of fiter membrane was 47.9%-53.2%, the efficiency of the ultraviolet rays sterilizing was better than that of the fiter membrane sterilizing obviously.
