摘 要:目的比较两种水中余氯测定方法的特点,以便合理选择与应用。方法分别采用方法 1和方法 2,测定生活饮用水中余氯量,以比较此两种方法的特点。结果方法 1检测结果得到回归方程Y=0.197X+0.00197,相关系数(r)=0.999;平均回收率为99%~101%,RSD分别为3.72%和1.46%;最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/L。方法 2检测结果达到回归方程Y=0.119X-0.00198,相关系数(r)=0.999;平均回收率为95.6%~101%,RSD为1.31%~3.71%;最低检出限为0.03 mg/L。结论以国家标准GB/T 5750.11-2006推荐的方法(即方法 1)综合优点更多一些,且在实际工作中更加易于掌握。Objective To compare two methods for testing residual chlorine in water for reasonable selection and application.Methods Method 1 and Method 2 were used separately to test residual chlorine in drinking water and the characteristics of the two methods were compared.Results In Method 1,the regression equation was Y=0.197X+0.00197;the correlation coefficient(r) was 0.999;the average recovery rate was 99%~101%;RSD was 3.72% and 1.46%;the minimum detection limit was 0.01mg/L.In Methods 2,the regression equation was Y=0.119X-00198;the correlation coefficient(r) was 0.999;the average recovery rate was 95.6%~101%;RSD was 1.31%~3.71%;the minimum detectable limit was 0.03 mg/L.Conclusion Method 1 recommended by the national standards GB/T 5750.11-2006 is more advantageous and easier to use in practical work.
