摘　　要：综合考核制度的实施,是对研究生进行综合素质定量评价的一种手段,其根本目的是在综合考核的导向下,引导研究生在读期间,注重德智体美劳的全面发展,以达到提高综合素质和培养质量的目标,为祖国的现代化建设服务。中国石油勘探开发研究院从2008年以来坚持实施综合考核制度,取得了良好的效果。The practice of compositive assess is a method of compositive assess for postgraduate,and the purpose is leading the postgraduates in school to pay attention to all around development of ＂oral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labour education＂,for the aids of enhancing the compositive competence and education quality,serving for the construction of our nation.We began compositive assess from 2008 and achieve well results.
