摘　　要：以MSP430F5438作为信息处理单元,将电子天平与红外干燥箱融为一体,设计了一种新型食品水分测定仪,仪器具有水分测定与质量称量两种计量功能。阐述水分仪的工作原理和系统构成,并详细描述了主要模块的硬件电路设计,给出了加热过程中的模糊控制策略以及整个系统的软件实现方法。实际使用结果表明:该仪器操作步骤简单,测定模式多样,测定结果准确,智能化程度高。In this paper, MSP430F5438 as information processing unit is used to design an electronic balance for measuring moisture content. The balance combines electronic weighing system and infrared drying oven that enables the balance to measure moisture content and weigh the mass. The system structure and working principle of the instrument was discussed, the hardware design about the core module was described in detai. The fuzzy control strategy in heating process and the software Systematic Implementation Method was presented. The experiments suggests that the instrument has many advantages, such as simple operation, variable measuring model reliable measuring result and Highly Intelligent.
