摘　　要：通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,对广西社会体育专业人才需求现状、学生就业现状以及人才培养现状进行调查,发现人才培养与社会需求相脱节,针对它们之间脱节的社会根源进行了深入的探析,并提出了相应的改革发展策略,对有效加快广西高校社会体育专业的建设和发展,进一步推动广西社会体育活动的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。This research uses the analysis of the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, field survey method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method and so on, to investigate talent demand situation, student employment status and actuality about personnel training of the Social Sports Professionals. Yet the survey finds that the personnel training is out of line with social demands. In view of it, the research analyzes in depth the social root between them, also puts forward the corresponding reform and development strategy. The aim is to effectively speed up the construction and development of Social Sports Professionals in Guangxi universities, at the same time further promote the sustainable development of social sports activities in Guangxi.
