摘　　要：创新能力是造纸企业化验员应具备的重要能力之一,提升化验员的创新能力,要把自觉培养化验员自身创新素质作为切入点,做新产品试制、生产工艺和检验方法的改进和创新的参与者,为造纸企业的技术创新发挥应有的作用。Innovation is one of the most essential abilities that the analyst in papermaking enterprise should have. To consciously cultivate the innovation ability of analyst himself is starting point of boosting their creativities. Analyst has to be the participant of experimental production of new products, manufacturing technology and its testing method so that he could play vital roles in optimizing the manufacturing technology in papermaking enterprises.
