摘　　要：实施持续质量改进管理模式后,护理人员对护理记录的重要性和法律意识明显增强,提高了护理记录质量。After the implementation of continuous quality improvement management model, the importance and legal awareness of nursing records were enhanced in the nursing staff, improving the quality of nursing records.
