摘　　要：为做好住院患者PICC导管维护,我科采用1+3模式分析护理工作的缺陷,制作了PICC维护操作视频,制定了操作流程、简便可操作的随访单,规范了宣教内容,采取这些措施后,提高了科内护士PICC维护水平和宣教能力,减少了同类事件的发生。In order to do a good job in PICC catheter maintenance of hospitalized patients, our department made the analysis of the defects in nursing work by 1 ＋3 mode, made the PICC maintenance procedure video, procedure process and the simple-to-follow questionnaire and standardized the health education content. After taking these measures, the nurses＇ PICC maintenance and health education ability were improved, reducing the incidence of adverse events.
