摘 要:从形态、生理、能量代谢和物质代谢4个方面探明了枯草芽孢杆菌B26-10抑制木材变色菌甘薯长喙壳、可可球二孢、交链孢和长喙壳菌的机理。形态上,抑菌物质抑制变色菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发,使变色菌菌丝形态出现异常;生理上,抑菌物质通过改变变色菌细胞膜通透性,破坏膜系统;代谢上,变色菌呼吸强度出现了不同程度的下降,能量代谢受到抑制,菌丝可溶性蛋白质量分数和还原糖质量分数下降,物质代谢受到了干扰。研究成果可为枯草芽孢杆菌防治木材蓝变提供理论基础。The experiment was conducted to investigate the mechanisms oi antitungal metabohtes against Ceratocystts Jtmbrtata, Atternaria alternata, Botryodiplodia theobromae and Ceratocystis sp. in morphology, physiology, energy metabolism and material metabolism. For the morphological changes, the antifungal metabolites inhibit the myeelia growth and spore germination of sapstain fungi in vitro. Antifungal metabolites also affect fungi mycelia morphology. For the physiological changes, the anti- fungal metabolites alter membrane permeability and damage the membrane system. For the metabolism changes, the respiratory intensity decreases after antifungal metabolite, and the respiratory activity is inhibited. After treated with antifungal mctabolites, the mycelial reducing sugar and soluble protein show the declined tendency, and therefore, the material metabolism is also disturbed. The results can provide theoretical basis for biological control of sapstain fungi against Bacillus subtilis.
