传统开腹与腹腔镜行胆囊切除术临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的:对比探讨传统开腹与腹腔镜行胆囊切除术的可行性。方法:随机选取胆囊切除术患者92例,其中对照组(45例)行开腹胆囊切除术,研究组(47例)行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对比两组患者的临床指标及疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的临床总有效率为95.7%,高于对照组的84.4%(P<0.05);且研究组的手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、住院时间等临床指标均优于对照组。结论:采用腹腔镜行胆囊切除术,临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的临床指标,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the traditional contrast open and laparoscopic cholecystectomy's.Methods:Randomly selected patients in 92 cases,the control line(45 cases) open cholecystectomy,the team laparoscopic cholecystectomy(47 cases),compared to two groups of patients clinical indicators and curative effect.Results:After treatment,the patients clinical the total effective rate was 95.7%,84.4% higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);And the operation time,intraoperative incision length,amount of bleeding,length of hospital stay and clinical indexes is better than the control group.Conclusion:The laparoscopic cholecystectomy,clinical curative effect is distinct,can effectively improve the patients clinical indicators,is worthy to be popularized.
