摘　　要：根据当前高职院校就业指导工作的现状和特点,加强就业指导中的思想政治教育内容,包括人生观教育、诚信观教育、就业观教育、道德观教育、就业形势教育、就业政策教育等,探索出就业工作与思想政治工作相结合的策略和方法,为大学生顺利就业和高质量就业提供优质服务。According to the features and the status quo of employment guidance in Higher Vocational colleges at present. The enhancement of the employment guidance in the ideological and political education content, including the outlook on life education, the good faith education, view their education and moral education, employment situation education, employment policy education, etc. The thesis will explore the strategies and methods to combine employment guidance and ideological and political education together. For college students provide quality services in employment smoothly and high quality employment.
