摘 要:在塔河油田区域钻井过程中,二叠系及以下地层机械钻速偏低、钻头磨损严重,制约了钻井效率和勘探开发质量。因此对该区域进行钻头优选,对于有针对性地制定钻井技术措施、形成优快钻井技术具有重要意义。在对塔河油田托甫台区块深部地层进行钻头优选时,采用分段优选方法,在表层采用机械钻速法,在深部地层运用主成分分析法。通过实例,应用Matlab软件对托甫台区块深部构造钻头进行了主成分分析,使用该方法优选出的钻头,其钻井周期比以往减少了7.22%,使用效果较好,节省了钻井成本,提高了钻井效率。In the drilling process of Tahe Oilfield,the ROP of Permian and the following formation was lower and bit wear was serious,which restricted drilling efficiency and quality of exploration and development.Therefore,drilling bits were chosen for the area,drilling technical measures were established purposely and optimized drilling techniques were formed,which was of great significance.When the bits were chosen for deep formation in Tuofutai Area,the method of zoning was used and ROP method was used for surface drilling and the principal component analysis was used in deep layer drilling.By using example,Matlab software is used for principal component analysis of bits in Tuofutai Area,by using the optimized bits,the drilling duration decreases by 7.22% than ever before,and the application effect is better,thus,it saves the drilling cost and raises the drilling efficiency.
