摘  要:为了提高江、湖及发电站入口等水面漂浮垃圾的清理效率,同时解决人工打捞劳动强度大、安全性低等问题,研制了一种新型水面漂浮垃圾清理机.该机主要由机架、打捞系统、驱动水轮和浮动平台等组成,其结构简单、安全可靠,以水流驱动力为动力源,可广泛用于江、河及湖泊的水面漂浮垃圾打捞作业.该机具有自适应能力强、能耗低、工作效率高、无需人工看护、使用范围广等优点.在湘江流域试验结果表明:水流流速或水轮转速对清理效率影响显著;适宜的较为平稳的活水流速为1.6m/s,水轮转速为5r/min.A new kind of water-surface floating garbage cleaning machine has been designed in order to improve the floating garbage cleaning efficiency in rivers and lakes and at the entrance of the power station as well as to relieve manual labor and increase safety. It is formed with a frame, a salvage system, a driving wheel and a floating platform, etc, which is simply constructed and reliable. Using current as the source of energy, the machine can be widely used for floating garbage collection in rivers and lakes, and has many characteristics as well, such as adaptive ability, energy saving, high working efficiency, no need of human maintenance, high range of application and so on. The results, which contained the cleaning rate data as the result of water speed of Xiang River and rotation speed of water wheels in artificial lake, reveal that water speed and rotation speed of water wheels have a significant influence on cleaning rate and that 1.6 m/s water speed or 5 r/min rotate speed of water wheels is appropriate.
