黑果枸杞中红色素提取方法的研究

摘　　要：采用正交试验设计和最小显著极差法中新复极差测验 ,确立了黑果枸杞中红色素的最佳提取条件及其产率。结果表明 :(1 )黑果枸杞中红色素的最佳提取条件在 45℃ ,浸取 5小时 ,物料比为 5 0ml∶0 .2g ,溶剂配比为 95 %酒精与浓盐酸 2 0∶1。 (2 )该法红色提取粗产率为 40 %In this paper studies on extracting method and production of Lycium Ruthenicum Murray red pigment in orthogonal Text L 4(4 5)are made.The results of the experiment show that the extracting condition of temperature is under 45℃,extracting time is 5 hrs,the proportion of materials is 50∶0.2,the proportion of solvents of alcohol and Hydrochloric acid is 20∶1 (2) The productivevity is 40%.
