苹果渣代替麸皮饲喂猪试验

摘　　要：采用玉米 -豆粕 -棉粕 -菜粕 -麸皮、苹果渣型日粮 ,用 5%、1 0 %、1 5%的苹果渣代替麸皮饲喂生长猪。结果表明 ,在苹果渣与麸皮相比所差营养适当补充后 ,平均日增重、日采食量 5%、1 0 %组与麸皮组之间差异不显著 ( P>0 .0 5) ,1 5%组与麸皮组之间差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5)。饲料增重比 4个组之间差异不显著 ( P>0 .0 5)。血清中 GPT、ALP测定结果 :组间无显著差异。表明苹果渣对猪蛋白质、钙、磷代谢无不良影响。用自然干燥苹果渣代替麸皮饲喂生长猪 ,添加量以 1 0Four groups of pigs were fed with feeds consisting of corn grain, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, wheat bran and dried apple pulp in which wheat bran was replaced by different rates of dried apple pulp. The results showed that when nutrition differences between dried apple pulp and wheat bran were properly diminished,average weight increase and feed intake per day had not remarkable differences among the groups of 5%, 10% dried apple pulps and 15% wheat bran (P >0.05) while it had markable difference betwen the group of 15% and bran group(P<0.05.) . Ratios of feed to weight increase was not notably different among the four groups( P >0.05). Blood GPT and ALP were not remarkably different among the four groups. These showed that dried apple pulp has not bad effect on the metabolisms of protein,Ca,P and grow up in pigs. When pigs are fed with naturally dried apple pulp to replace wheat bran, 10% dried apple pulp has the best effect.
