摘　　要：井冈山精神是中华民族几千年来积淀的优秀传统与人文精神在革命战争年代的彰显和高扬。井冈山精神所蕴含的丰富精神内涵,为树立和坚定共产主义理想信念、发扬党的优良作风、贯彻党的思想路线提供了宝贵的思想资源,具有重要的现实意义。高校要从赢得青年、赢得未来的高度,结合井冈山精神的学习与实践,遵循理论学习与社会实践结合的培养原则,培养一批信仰坚定、实践能力强、甘于奉献的青年马克思主义者。J Revolutionary treasures for inggangshan Spirits are embodiment of excellent traditional Chinese spirits in the warring years. They contain rich spiritual contents which are significantly valuable firmly establishing communist beliefs, exercising the Party＇s good practices ancl following the Party＇s thought routes. It is imperative that colleges, in view of convincing the youth and winning the future, train young Marxists who have firm belief, good competence and willingness of contribution under the principle of combining Jinggangshan spirits integrating learning and social practices.
