摘  要:目的:了解2010年延边州医疗机构卫生人力资源现状。方法:采用问卷调查的方法对延边州医疗机构卫生人员进行调查。结果:2010年延边州1815个医疗卫生机构,卫生人员14173人。卫生技术人员9710人,其中女性占69.5%,35岁以下的比例为38.6%;本科以上学历占35.2%;中级职称比例最大(36.1%),高、中、初级职称比为1∶2.18∶1.52;每千人口卫生技术人员数4.27人,医护比为1∶0.91。结论:卫生技术人员学历较高,技术职称分布不合理,医护比例失衡,全科医师紧缺,卫生技术人员按人口配置合理,地域分布公平性不合理。Objective: To analyze the situation of health human resource in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in 2010. Methods: Overall survey of health personnel in Yanbian. Results: There were 1815 health institutions and 14173 staffs in 2010. Among 9710 health professionals, there were 69.5% female and 38.6% less than 35 years old,and the percentage of undergraduate and above was 35.2. Most health professionals were intermediate title (36.1% ). Moreover, the number of health professional per 1000 persons was 4.27, and the radio of physicians and nursing was 1: 0.91. Conclusion: It was shown that ahhough health personnel with higher education but problems such as titles in rational distribution and ratio imbalance of physicians and nursing and the shortage of general practitioner are still critical.
