摘　　要：目的:调查新疆11所师级医院的人力资源现状,深入分析人力资源的年龄构成、学历构成和职称构成情况以及分布情况,发现其中存在的问题,提出切实可行的的管理对策,为当地卫生局及医院管理人员合理规划卫生人力资源提供科学合理的依据。方法:利用师级医院数据库调取资料,使用EXCEL表格对数据进行统计分析。结果:卫生人员素质和能力偏低;兵团师级医院卫生人才总量不足;卫生技术人员的年龄构成比例有待调整。结论:提高卫生技术人员素质,建设一只高水平的专业队伍;合理配置人力资源,开发人力资源的潜在能力;遵循人才年龄梯队建设,营造宽松的软、硬件环境。Objective： Human Resource Survey of 11 division - level hospital in Xinjiang is used to understand the current situation of human resources management in the division level hospitals, to explore its problems, the development of relevant policies for local government, the Bureau of Health and the hospital department functions planning to provide a scientific basis. Methods：The use of the existing hospital database for statis- tical analysis of the data. Results： Corps division - level total hospital health personnel ; health workers age constitutes a proportion to he adjusted ; raw quality of personnel and capacity is low. Conclusion：Improve the potential energy of the development of human resources;follow the talent age echelon construction, to create a loose soft and hardware environment;establish mechanisms to improve quality, and to create a high -level team of professionals.
