摘　　要：临床实习是医学生培养医学思维,掌握专业知识及临床技能的重要阶段。然而,医院的专科化发展给医学生临床实习教学工作带来了新的挑战。本文在分析临床专科化发展对临床实习教学工作的正、负面影响基础上,提出医学院校应合理安排教学计划,整合教学资源,拓展临床实习基地,并将临床见习教学与临床专业实习教学相结合,多渠道延伸临床实习教学时间,提高实习生对医生职业认知度和认同感,以确保临床实习教学工作的质量。Clinical practice is an important stage for medical student to train medical thinking model and to acquire specialized clinic knowledge. However, new challenges to clinical practice education come along with hospital specialized development. This paper made an discussion on clinical practice education under the influence of hospital specialized development,including positive and negative aspects. And we proposed some solutions to reduce the negative effect. The suggestions including reasonable adjustment of teaching plans and course - arrangements and to in tegrate teaching resources, broaden the clinical practice site to grass -root healthcare institutions. Last countermeasure was to help medical students build doctors＇ occupational awareness and sense of identity, which ould also be necessary to train qualified medical students and improve the quality of medical education.
