摘　　要：针对某小缸径柴油机单体气缸盖在试验过程中出现的故障,对气缸盖冷却水腔结构进行了改进设计,改进后运用有限元法对水腔进行了CFD流体分析,验证了水腔结构的合理性,最后通过整机台架试验验证了气缸盖的可靠性。For some failures happened during the cylinder development and the engine test,some improvement design is submitted.And the design rationality of the cylinder-head water jacket is proved by the analysis of CFD.At last the reliability of the improved cylinderhead is proved by the engine test.
