摘　　要：教务工作是高校教学工作正常运行的保障,教务员师资队伍的水平将决定影响高校人才培养的质量。本文从教务员应该具备的综合素质与能力要求出发,分析了目前高校教务员队伍中存在的问题,并探索了高校加强教务员队伍建设工作的措施。Senate job is to protect the normal operation of university teaching,the faculty Senate members will determine the level of impact the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.In this paper,the senate members should have a comprehensive quality and ability requirements,the university senate member team,and to explore measures for colleges and universities to strengthen the senate of the civil construction work.
