摘　　要：新形势下高校研究生管理和党建方面的工作迫切需要与时俱进以适应新情况。燕山大学机械工程学院通过开展多方面调研,探索性地提出学院研究生党建管理新模式,并已形成固定的专业化管理模式,所取得的经验也将对今后研究生管理方面具有极大的参考价值。College graduate school of management and the party building work in the new situation is an urgent need to ad vance with the times in order to adapt to the new situation.
