摘　　要：综观我国近15年的学术职业研究,其已从最初的"译介引入阶段"转向了"本土化研究阶段",但仍处于初级研究阶段。以内容划分,大致可分为7大类型,即域外研究、本体研究、理论研究、关系研究、历史研究、制度研究及实证研究等。但这些研究大多缺少系统化纵深和横向拓展研究,也未形成中国化的理论体系与研究方法,研究兴趣与内容尚局限于"大学"范畴,缺乏与社会、政治、经济、文化等大环境相关的跨学科研究与国际比较研究。Reviewing on our country＇s academic research in the recent fifteen years, it＇s obvious that the research has turned from ＂translation and introduction stage＂ in the early stage into ＂localization stage＂ , which still belongs to a primary stage when compared with the West. According to the con- tents,it can be generally classified into seven types.abroad research, theory research, relationship re- search,history research, system research and empirical research, etc. But most of these lack a system- atic study on depth and horizontal expansion, fail to form a Chinese systematical theory and research methods. Yoked by the academic career and standard concepts, the research interests and contents are limited to the ＂University＂ category, lacking social, political, economic, and cultural correlation of cross disciplinary research and international comparison, etc.
