摘　　要：本文针对由于查新工作压力、职业价值定位的压力和职称晋升的压力,使查新馆员在工作中出现的职业倦怠心理与行为,从员工援助计划制度、物质激励制度、职称制度、继续教育制度以及兼职查新员的激励制度等角度讨论了综合激励机制。According to the pressures of novelty searching, professional value location, and professional title promotion, which made the librarians appeared varying degrees of burnout psychological behaviors on the work, It established comprehensive incentive mechanisms from several aspects on the aid planning system, material incentive system, professional title system, continuing education system, the incentive mechanism of part - time librarians, and etc.
