摘　　要：高校图书馆的作用一是满足高校教学与科研;二是构建丰富多彩的校园文化。从物质层面来看,图书馆应成为现代化大学的地标性建筑;从精神层面来看,文化讲座应是高校图书馆向学生提供知识服务的重要途径。The role of university libraries is reflected in two aspects：on one hand is to content the teaching and scientific research in universities;On the other hand is to build a rich and colorful campus culture.
