摘　　要：长株潭"两型社会"背景下加强高职院校创业教育师资队伍建设具有重要现实意义。在长株潭"两型社会"建设的背景下,为加强高职院校创业教育师资队伍建设,应创建长株潭高职院校创业教育管理机构,完善管理制度;进一步加强师资队伍培训,提高创业教师专业素质;建立"产学研一体化"的创业基地,锻炼教师实践技能;鼓励有条件的青年教师创业。Under the circumstance of establishing ＂two-o^iented society＂ in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, it＇ s of important practical significance to strengthen teaching staff＇s venture education construction in vocational colleges. The fol- lowing measures should be taken to improve the teaching quality： venture education management institutions should be crea- ted to improve the management system; training of teachers should be strengthened to improve the professional quality of teachers; base of ＂integration of industry, learning and research＂ should be established to exercise practical skills of teach- ers; qualified young teachers should be encouraged to take ventures.
