摘 要:玉米芯稀酸水解液(CDAH)中抑制物含量影响其制备生物丁醇的发酵性能。对玉米芯稀酸水解液的灭菌处理方式(如pH,灭菌温度等)与抑制物含量变化的关系进行研究。结果表明:pH、灭菌温度、水解糖液总糖浓度对蒸汽灭菌过程中抑制物的产生有显著影响,在优化的灭菌条件(总糖质量浓度70 g/L,pH 4.0,灭菌温度115℃,灭菌时间15 min)下,灭菌后的水解糖液中,糠醛11.2 mg/L,羟甲基糠醛(HMF)43.4 mg/L,单酚74.3 mg/L,多酚46.7 mg/L。产丙酮丁醇梭菌Clostridium acetobutylicum XY16能利用水解糖液,总糖质量浓度为40 g/L时,丙酮、丁醇和乙醇(ABE)质量浓度达到11.78 g/L,其中丁醇为7.36 g/L,和传统灭菌处理(121℃,15 min)及过滤除菌处理的水解糖液相比,丁醇、丙酮和乙醇(ABE)质量浓度分别提高了129%和228%,丁醇质量浓度分别提高了116%和259%。The butanol fermentation performance was affected by the inhibitors content in corncob dilute acid hydrolysate (CDAH). The correlation between the sterilization treatment of CDAH (such as pH and sterilization temperature) and the change of inhibitors content was studied. The results indicated that pH, sterilization temperature and the total sugar of dilute acid hydrolysate affected inhibitors generation signifi- cantly in steam sterilizing. The steam sterilization of dilute acid hydrolysate was optimized as : the total sugar of dilute acid hydrolysate 70 g/L,pH 4. 0,and sterilization for 15 min at 115 ℃. 11.2 mg/L of furfural, 43.4 mg/L of hydroxymethyl furfural (HMF) ,74. 3 mg/L of monophenols and 46. 7 mg/L of polyphenols were generated after sterilization. The hydrolysate was consumed by Clostridium acetobutylicum XY16. When the total sugar was 40 g/L in the medium, the acetone, butanol and ethanol (ABE) concentration of 11.78 g/L was obtained,in which the butanol concentration was 7. 36 g/L. Compared with the dilute acidhydrolysates by traditional steam sterilization( 121 ℃ ,15 min)and filter sterilization,the ABE concentration increased by 129% and 228% ,and the butanol concentration increased by 116% and 259% , respectively.
