螺旋CT动态增强扫描对急性出血性坏死性胰腺炎的诊断及预后评价

摘　　要：目的具体探讨多排螺旋CT动态增强扫描对于急性出血性坏死性胰腺炎患者的诊断以及预后效果情况,为后期临床诊断工作提供可行性的参考性意见,提高急性出血性坏死性胰腺炎患者的诊断效果。方法对我院行多排螺旋CT动态增强扫描的急性出血性坏死性胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,经影像学检查发现患者主要表现出点片状、全段坏死以及段状坏死等等。结果多排螺旋CT动态增强扫描能够提高临床诊断的准确性效果,对患者每一个阶段的病情发展状态进行较好的诊断,直接提高患者的生命健康质量以及满意度状态。结论随着临床诊断工作的不断开展情况来看,多排螺旋CT动态增强扫描手段俨然已经成为保证急性出血性坏死性胰腺炎患者诊断效果的关键性手段,同时对于患者的预后评价具有积极性的指导作用,所以具有临床诊断推广应用价值。Objective To discuss specifically multi-slice spiral CT dynamic enhancement scan in acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis in patients with diagnosis and prognosis for late clinical diagnosis result, provide feasible reference, improve the acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis patients diagnosis effect. Methods the hospital row helical CT dynamic contrast enhancement scan in acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, by imaging findings in patients with primary showed little flaky, full of necrosis and segment necrosis and so on. Results Multi-slice spiral CT dynamic contrast-enhanced scan can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis, with every stage of the disease development state of better diagnostic, directly improve patient quality of life and health status and satisfaction. Conclusion With the clinical diagnosis of ongoing situation, multi-slice spiral CT dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning means has become the guarantee of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis patients diagnosis effect the key means, at the same time for the prognosis evaluation has positive guiding role, so having a clinical diagnosis application value.
