精神分裂症左旋咪唑涂布剂治疗后免疫指标与精神症状的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨免疫增强剂——左旋咪唑涂布剂治疗后精神症状与免疫指标之间的相关性,评估免疫增强剂与抗精神病药对免疫指标的影响及其与疗效的关系。方法:将入组病人随机分为A、B、C三组,用固定剂量的氟哌啶醇和左旋咪唑涂布剂治疗12周,治疗前、治疗后查T淋巴细胞亚群和红细胞免疫功能RBC-C3b花环和RBC-IC花环,采用临床疗效总评量表(CGI)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、阳性症状量表(SAPS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)和副反应量表(TESS)进行评定。结果:治疗前CD4/CD8与SAPS总分呈显著负相关;A、B两组BPRS、SAPS减分率与治疗前CD+3细胞数呈显著正相关;A、B两组SAPS减分与治疗前RBC-C3b呈显著正相关;B组患者治疗前后CD+3、CD+4的差值明显高于A、C两组。结论:临床症状改善程度与疗前免疫功能状态相关,CD+3、CD+4可作为疗效的预测指标。Objective:To study the relevance between the schizophrenia and the immune index obtained from schizophrenia who were treated by the immunoenhancement-levamisole ointment.To evaluate the effect of immune index received immunoenhancement and anti-schizophrenia therapy and the relationship between the curative effect and the immune index.Method:The patient that were elected were randomly divided into three groups:A.B.C. They were treated by haloperidol and levamisole ointment for 12 weeks.To determine the subgroup of Tlymphocytes and the immune function of RBC(RBC-C 3b.RBC-IC)before therapy and after it.The CGI.BPRS.SAPS.SANS and TESS were used in assessment.Result:There was significant negative correlation before therapy between CD 4/CD 8 and total score of SAPS.There was significant positive correlation between the decreasing score in BPRS of A.B group and RBC-C 3b before therapy.The difference between CD + 3.CD + 4 before therapy and after therapy ingroup B patiehts was better than group A and group C.Conclusion:The improvemint clinical symptom and the immune function before therapy were correlation CD + 3.CD + 4 should be considered as a forecast index in curative effec. [
