文化相融与合作共享——基于中国广西D市越南籍散工的讨论

摘　　要：全球化时代,区域合作已是必然、普遍的社会事实。相应,成果共享既是目标,更是合作良性与持续发展基础。研究通过对中国广西D市越南籍散工的实证描述,认为除经济博弈因素外,基于中越两国边民长期交往而形成的文化相融是越南籍散工大量进入中国口岸务工的根本原因。这也表明,文化相融及其随之而来的理解、宽容与沟通乃是区域合作成果共享的根本。In this age of globalization, regional cooperation has become an inevitable and popular social fact. Accordingly, sharing of achievements is not only a goal of development but also a basis for sound and sustained cooperation. By describing the facts of the Vietnamese short-term hired labourers working in D City of Guangxi, this paper points out that, apart from economic gaming, the long-term cultural integration that has been developed out of the interaction of the China-Vietnam border residents is another fundamental reason for the largescale flow of Vietnamese laborers into China. This also proves that cultural integration and the consequent understanding, tolerance and communication are the foundation for the sharing of achievements in regional cooperation.
